- CGChris GallegosNov 1, 20251.0Just went in this store to get my last months bill and was greeted by Cameron. If you go into this store avoid this guy and speak with someone willing to assist you. He told me I couldn’t get a bill because I was no longer a customer. I had Verizon for at least 10 years but suddenly can’t get a bill. He gave me the number to customer service and told me to call them. Well I could have done that online but instead I went to the store to try and get some customer service. After Cameron gave me an attitude I was able to speak with Dominic the retail store manager. Luckily he was able to echo the help that Cameron gave me which was nothing. I was able to leave the store with no bill from last month but thankfully these guys wrote down the number to customer service. By the way this is the only corporate store in Tulsa that can even make changes to your account. Verizon has become a joke. Signed up for T-Mobile and have better coverage and better perks on my mobile plan. Go to the T-Mobile in Tulsa Hills. They got me a new account setup in 45 minutes and were very helpful. I didn’t walk out of there with just a number for customer service.
