- CGChris GallegosNov 1, 20251.0Just went in this store to get my last months bill and was greeted by Cameron. If you go into this store avoid this guy and speak with someone willing to assist you. He told me I couldn’t get a bill because I was no longer a customer. I had Verizon for at least 10 years but suddenly can’t get a bill. He gave me the number to customer service and told me to call them. Well I could have done that online but instead I went to the store to try and get some customer service. After Cameron gave me an attitude I was able to speak with Dominic the retail store manager. Luckily he was able to echo the help that Cameron gave me which was nothing. I was able to leave the store with no bill from last month but thankfully these guys wrote down the number to customer service. By the way this is the only corporate store in Tulsa that can even make changes to your account. Verizon has become a joke. Signed up for T-Mobile and have better coverage and better perks on my mobile plan. Go to the T-Mobile in Tulsa Hills. They got me a new account setup in 45 minutes and were very helpful. I didn’t walk out of there with just a number for customer service.

We switched carriers and they helped us find an option that worked for everyone on our family plan as well as met our needs. They helped us get out of there in a reasonable time and were positive and had great attitudes. I switched to Verizon a few months ago to test it out and now I am so glad I brought the rest of my family lines over. I have no issues returning to this store for help in the future. I went in with kindness and a positive attitude and it was me with the exact same in return. Thanks guys.

After a frustrating morning on the phone, being transferred 7 times with no progress on a simple issue- I went to the store. They immediately recognized the issue and got in touch w the right people to remedy the fix. Talyn did an amazing job helping take care of me, and Cameron hopped in a few times to keep the resolution rolling while Talyn was working on the background. Before I came into the store I was questioning moving over to Verizon, but after meeting these awesome people I’m glad to have made the switch and will be going back to a store on the other side of town from where I live because it’s worth the drive to get this level of competent, caring service.
