  Gave me 9:20 an appointment, make me wait hour then won’t even check it. Said we can’t fix when I have full cover.

  They accepted my daughters laptop for a screen repair, sent it off to some centralized repair shop, held it for 2 months and then returned because they couldn’t order the screen at that time. Fine, pandemic is bad times. The 1 star is for horrible customer service. The only way to get status updates is through their app or National 800 number (where they read u the status from the app). During the 2nd month, called several times and their phone people were even unable to figure out exactly who had the laptop. Then they started promising the repair technician/supervisor would call me back with actual update and they never did. Never once did they tell me “Lenovo laptop components are severely back ordered right now, sorry for the wait.” Had I known Lenovo laptops were unrepairable at all in Late 2020 and early 2021, would not have bought a second one for another college kid either. And If BB was aware of this (and they were), they should have stopped selling Lenovo at that time. It would be like a car dealer selling you a car that is unfixable - bad faith sale on the part of BB. Finally I go into the local store and get a great supervisor/manager who committed to track it all down. Couple days later they called and told me it was on its way back to the store unfixed. The BB local store managers get a 4 star sub-score for how they handled it at the end. But... geek squad local is nothing but an intake and shipping function so “geek squad” gets about a zero star. Don’t put your equipment in until they fix these issues with communication and their repair shop.
