I called them before going to the store in order to see of they replaced apple watch batteries they said yes… so I drove up there to get watch fixed. After being told they do not take walk ins, i was able to get on best buy’s website and make an appointment for 5 minutes after the time i walked in. The little fella asked if I had apple care and when I told him no, he informed me batteries in watches could not be replaced and my only option is to purchase a new watch. I left called apple support who informed me they could replace the battery for $99 bucks without having to replace the entire watch. What a complete waste of time!
