- BBBrianJan 5, 20261.0Set up an appt online to look at my laptop's battery. I show up with my laptop and explain the situation that I already put down in the appt details. He then says "yeah gonna need to replace the battery". I say "well can you look at it". With some hesitation he looks at it and opens task manager. And then says "yeah could spend $280 for us to uninstall and reinstall drivers". So either replace the battery or spend $280 to do a basic item. All this while directly next to me is a $100 diagnostic fee, which I would've paid. Horrible customer service. What's the point in setting up an appt for a guy just to beg for money for 0 work
