Then I went to pick it up and no one was there, I understand a lot of places are closed right now but you cant call me and tell me to pick up my laptop and then not be there. I didn't get any sort of notification that they would not be there. Thankfully the best buy employees helped but are not able to locate my charger that they took with the computer!
