  Elizabeth yovanna was the nicest people I've been all around town trying to pay my phone bill cuz nobody do it cuz nobody get my phone bill paid and after all I tried this store God bless these too

  Workers were slow. I water over 40 minutes me to get a new phone they said i have to do that online. I’d rather go to Verizon

  My wife and I have been with Cricket for over 5 years, and honestly, it’s been a frustrating experience. During all that time, we never received a single promotion, offer, or incentive to upgrade our phones. When we finally tried to upgrade, we were told we didn’t qualify—despite being long-time loyal customers. The rates are ridiculously high for what little they offer, and worst of all, there are no real benefits to staying with them. Cricket is a company that doesn’t value its loyal customers, offers no rewards for your commitment, and simply has nothing to justify sticking around. I’m done and switching to another provider. Don’t make the same mistake—if you value your money, your time, and decent service, stay away from Cricket. You’ll only end up frustrated and wasting your money.
