DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! And do not waste your money on warranties because THEY WILL NOT COVER IT! I went into the store with video proof of what the less the 1 year old TV i purchased was doing. It turns off on itself, blanks out to the home screen, looses audio, and goes to the home screen constantly in the middle of shows. The lady at the store said it was covered under my warranty and that they'd come out to pick it up and give me the new one. She even mentioned maybe getting a credit so I could upgrade to a nicer model. 35 infuriating minutes of constantly repeating myself on the phone with the help line they tell me it is not covered and offered to send a repair guy out. IT IS NOT REPAIRABLE we have already tried that and it is covered on the warranty for the exchange and the lady in the store even gave us the receipt for the exchange approving it! I tried asking to talk to a manager and they literally told me NO! I have never been so mad at a customer service rep in my life nor talked poorly to one but this sent me over the edge! I might as well just flushed $500 down the toilet not to mention all the money we've spent on a useless warranty that they do not honor. 1000% will never be purchasing from best buy again and encourage you to not waste your money on faulty products that they do not stand by.

walked in was greeted as they held a conversation never making eye contact nor stopping their conversation not a true greeting. Smelled of poop.. Then ask for what I was needing he seemed lazy not wanting to show me the TV I was wanting to see. I was told to go stand in line and they could see what I needed and that line was very long to endure the scent.

Ahmed, or whatever his name is was awful!! Was trying to buy a laptop Tuesday night. The salesman was hard to track down. Then he asked if I was getting a best buy card and I said no. He then said oh well okay. I have a customer getting a laptop and a best buy card right now, so let me call someone else for you. He then asked what I was looking for, and I said I want to look at the open box laptops. He told me nothing in there is a good value. He asked what I was looking for because he didn't want to go through the available options with me. So I had to look it up online myself. And he still couldn't find it in the store. He then asked my price point. I told him 400, and he told me there's no way. I'd have to spend at least 700 to get what I was looking for. And kind of shamed me. Finally the other associate came out. Then I watched the salesman be very rude to the associate. In the end it was the second associate that helped me get what I need.

Sorry, gave them one star too many. I had a $25 certificate “coupon” to use on a purchase in Best Buy that was provided from a $500 purchase from the month prior. I went into the Best Buy on Skelly to use the cert on an Oculus/Meta Quest 3 $499.99. I knew exactly what I wanted, it was a very easy sale for the employee. He entered my data and three times I told him and showed them the certificate. He said “I got it in.” Get home, go to file my receipt, he did not give me my discount. So, he lied? I called the store and got routed to “Primary Care”. I call it, primary careless. I got hung up on so I dialed the primary care number… There was a literal party going on. I seriously thought I called a residential number. It sounded like about 10-15 people just living it up. I listed for about 15 seconds, and infuriated, yelled into the phone, “This is supposed to be a professional business?” Someone quickly answered and started talking about the issue. She kept putting me on long holds, and finally just hung up on me. I don’t remember how many numbers I called or how many times I was hung up on by their “customer service” department, but I’m done with it. I had to drive back to the store and get this taken care of in person. I should have ordered it off of Amazon like I intended. I’ll never go back to a Best Buy because they do not honor their coupons and they certainly don’t want to deal with any simple issues. I think they just rather have a party. I’m done – Amazon from now on.
