    The verizon people in best buy gave us false information several times throughout our purchase. They told us best buy total protect no longer works on Samsung phones, then they changed their story and said because we did the delay order we can't use it. They also told us we have 1100 trade in and now verizon is offering 120 . This has been the biggest headache I've ever had to deal with.

    I wanted to get some information about the leasing option they had and the rep that help me was either new to her job and didn’t want to help me. It felt like she was trying to convince me not to buy anything. She also had an attitude every time I asked something I left and went to a different store that helped me finish my purchase.

    It was the same as every best buy store you've ever been in, you can get any electronic stuff you want here. I guess i visited at an odd time, before Thanksgiving but no one would talk to me. I saw employees but none would even look at me. They had plenty of TVs at the time and they were all marked down, but I couldn't get help. There was only 3 customers in the TVs. I returned on black Friday in the caos and bought my 40" $89.99 TV but was rushed and had to have it shipped, salesman didn't even offer a service plan because he was in such a hurry to get rid of me and go to another customer. He was clicking no no no on everything that popped onto my sales screen and I saw protection plan go by.
