    Called ahead to make sure this location had the Viture glasses so we could check them out. They said they had them on display so you could try them out. We drove 60 miles because this was the closest location that had a display model. We get there and evidently someone had stolen the display set sometime earlier in the month. When I told them that I had called ahead to make sure they had them, their reply was that was the call center and they don't know what's going on at the local locations. So what's the point of calling if the call center has no idea what's going on at the local level. 120 miles for nothing.

    We needed a new printer but we were unfamiliar with all of the new ones available. DeMonte noticed my wife and I puzzling in the area and came to help. And he was just great. He explained the differences in a number of printers and helped us decide which one was best for us. I told him I was looking for a record player and. an amp or something and again, we went over several and he was instrumental in our final decision. Great young man, fantastic employee. We always shop at Best Buy for products and prices, but the employees have always been just the best. Thanks so much.

    Attempted a warranty claim for Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses used by a blind owner for accessibility. The device was 6 months old and within warranty. The claim system tied the serial number to an inaccessible organization email and support initially denied coverage instead of escalating the issue. It took multiple calls and outside intervention from a state blindness service to resolve. The process was extremely difficult for an accessibility device user and should not require this level of effort. The product itself is good, but the warranty and support workflow needs serious improvement, especially for assistive technology users.
