    Pathetic. Most WALMARTS I go to are better organized than this nightmare. Searching for a specific video cable in the computer accessories area felt like rifling through a landfill, not a single item was in the correct place, so I had no idea the store-brand HDMI splitter I grabbed was like $50 until I got to the register and the poor cashier had already scanned it and had to void the transaction for me. I'd just shop online but the Best Buy website is borderline unusable, the app AND the mobile site are comparable to dial-up in how slow they are. I don't see Best Buy as a company staying afloat into the 2030s if they continue caring this little.

    KAYLIN was a rockstar saleswoman and was so helpful with all of my questions. Her customer service impressed me thoroughly, she was very observant and warm, which is saying something after working through the stressful holidays! She deserves a raise!

    Got a voucher for $100 off an LG tv. Brought back a tv i had just bought a week before of a cheaper brand to return so I could utilize that voucher to get a better one for my needs. Processed the return and went to get the other one only to find out it is applicable to a specific type of LG TV at a much higher price point. which was listed nowhere on the voucher whatsoever. Even the employee store wasn't sure what the issue was until we got a manager involved. I went back up front to see if I could just repurchase the TV I had returned at the same price I got it at and leave with it just to find out it has to be shipped off to another state because it's already been processed and I would have to order another one and wait and come all the way back to the store to pick it up. So here I am with a useless 100 voucher and no TV. Absolutely ridiculous.

    I walked in their saw the washing machine I wanted set payment up to their credit card I asked was it in stock because I read the small print that stated some items may not be in stock and you have to wait salesperson oh yeah it's in stock set the appointment to deliver on Monday this was on Thursday I bought it Monday morning they sent a text to me tell me there's a problem with the delivery I call them and ask them what the heck they tell me it's not in stock when I know it was somebody bought it right there and took it home was what they did tell me. I was told I have to wait till February 1st I told them to stick it.. typical Best buy crap.. not the first time this has happened to me at Best buy will be the last time hope they go out of business like Conn's it'll teach them a lesson. Without being proper with the customer you're screwed... Went to an appliance store bought a better washing machine saved $135 bucks bought on Monday delivered on Tuesday morning Best buy wanted me to buy the Amana I bought the Frigidaire 787.00 before the hoses and delivery I got a completely delivered it in my house hoses for $630 dollars..

    Terrible customer service. I ordered a new Samsung refrigerator from Best Buy. Best Buy had a third party contractor bring the fridge out and install it. The fridge doesn’t cool, almost as if it was a store model without a compressor. I called them and explained what was going on and their solution was to do an exchange 5 days later. So I get to move into a new house and go 5 days without a fridge. Very frustrating. There has been zero accountability or apologies from Best Buy granted you don’t get to speak to actual employees anymore. Oh also I purchased the 3 year geek squad protection for this fridge and this is how I got treated. If you need major appliances go somewhere else.
