    I absolutely cannot say enough bad about this place. I went in needing a new phone with completely open options on what provider to switch to based on what was important to me. For a month and a half now I have been living a nightmare because Isaac straight up lied to me about everything that I was looking for. The manager of the phone section (who's name I wish I got) ADMITTED to me, that his employee lied, then asked "was it Isaac that helped you last time?" Like he's apparently done this before. They'll tell you whatever you want to hear to make the sale, and then when Isaac couldn't figure out how to get my phone activated, he told me to go to Verizon.... Every single step of getting a new phone was done at Best buy, through Isaac. Then he sent me over to Verizon because he just didn't want to deal with it anymore. And I've had to visit Verizon in person twice, make 6 phone calls, and one last visit into best buy where I had the absolute displeasure of working with whatever manager they sent to me. He cut me off and interrupted me every chance he got, so he never even understood the problem in the first place. I have wasted so much of my life on best buys incompetence. I will never purchase an other thing from this company, and if there was anything else I could do than just leave a review to try to get them to make some changes, I would. THIS BEST BUY ON 71ST is specifically doing the wrong thing, for their own benefit. DO BETTER! How much does your "sales quota" matter if you're ruining people's lives and livelyhood. It's unfortunate how wrapped up in our phones we are, but as someone who owns their own small business, not having a functioning phone takes money out of mine and my familys pocket. This best buy is full of crooks. Don't go here unless you want to spend the next 2 months fixing purposeful mistakes

    I need somebody to contact me about an experience I had a few days ago. It's been heavy on my mind and I need to speak up for this employee who was being harassed by another employee. This employee who is at fault has zero customer service. Did not even acknowledge us there. And just degraded and talked down to the employee asking for help. The line was getting long and I don't know if it's her manager or anyone above her.. she was excellent. So nice. So professional. And tried her best to stay professional despite this man clearly disrespecting her and had zero problems doing it in front of customers. If Best Buy is hiring people like him to work at their stores.. then I hope she leaves and finds somewhere better. He is a narcissistic person and really needs his attitude in check

    Joseph Dillman was very helpful and took the time help and be patient with me in making a big purchase decision. Also the salesmen in the computer monitor area (forgive me i can't remember his name.) was helpful and knowledgeable. Over all great experience. Team was helpful in working things out to get me the TV I purchased the same day, even though they did not have one available at the time.

    This is easily the worst Best Buy I have ever had the displeasure to shop at. The customer service is awful, rude and it's clear the employees just plain do not care. If you call, prepare to sit on hold for at LEAST 20 minutes. Ask a question? Be dismissed with the most run-of-the-mill answer they can skate by with. I am officially done giving them money. I will be doing ALL of my shopping online, and away from Best Buy, and I would recommend you do the same. At very least, treat yourself with some respect and go to another store in Tulsa. This one is absolute trash.

    Nice customer But I bought two pairs of Arctic nova ones each one was broken out by each one individually to use my new main type of headphones I get home first one was broken completely second one mic didn’t work and I live about 6 miles each ways for total of 12 miles to go to the store and back And all my time compensation three different times here to buy headphones because the third time I’m here the first two were a bus and we can’t do anything about it And I got New headphone and I just went broken. I’ll be going back there to refund it and I’m not gonna get another Pair Either way though this is the last time I’m getting from Best Buy. I’ve been a long-term customer there bought couple dozen screens, couple headphones and two major desktops, but this is ridiculous. Can’t compensate someone for you selling faulty products. Almost forgot to mention the best part solution to these broken models is trying to upsell me something that was $300 more than what I Originally paid for. So for the future, I will be buying Costco Electronics because they know how to deal with customers and actually that they care instead of just trying to upsell someone that they screw twice
