Most frustrating is how difficult it is to get a hold of a human at the store on the phone. No one will tell me what's going on or when the watch will be ready. Terrible service. Still waiting...

Plus, they have other stuff at this store that I wanted to buy, but was unable to because they only offer it online. Save yourself the trip.
