  Very unprofessional, they tried to take advantage of my elderly dad when he went in just to check out his speaker because there had been some problems with it. He has a phone that’s about three years old and they only wanted to suggest him to get a new phone instead of helping him with the issue at hand they told him they didn’t know why it could be doing that. Also they told him they could not check if he had AppleCare or not due to him not knowing the knowledge or the terminology, they really tried to play on his intelligence. I don’t appreciate this happening to him because he’s already put off going out to the store for so long because he did not want to be intimidated by the workers and that’s exactly what happens

  Calling it a Genius Bar is the most ironic name Apple could come up with. Do not get anything engraved from Apple. If it breaks, you may get a replacement, but you will not get the engraving back.

  Way too many employees they all walking around doing busy work and having an appointment is pointless waited half an hour and they kept taking walk ins over us Update: they said they would have to replace everything in the phone and they would have to keep the phone overnight and we were 2 hours from home then after we were like okay well come back she said they would have to order the parts so it would take longer so we left

  iv had a iphone a long time 13 years pray you never get locked out your account cause your gonna go through support wait 24 hours then be told wait 3-7 days for a text ti let your RESET your pass word i got fired cause i could be gotten in touch with over this so go some were else cause with how they have it set up they cant help you as all

  I’ve had consistently disappointing experiences at the Apple Store in Woodland Hills, Tulsa. Whether for tech issues or new purchases, the customer service has been poor—staff are impatient, unprofessional, and frankly rude. I’ve even encountered misleading trade-in values—promises made, then changed without apology or accountability. I own multiple Apple products, but after these repeated issues, I’m reluctant to buy from this location again. They need serious improvement. I live in Tulsa, yet I’m considering driving two hours to Oklahoma City just so I don’t have to deal with them.
