  Horrible management here!! I’ve not only witnessed other customers going through this, but I have now personally witnessed the current General Manager being lousy at his job. I had a refund for a laptop that broke within 6 months, and when I was told I’d get a refund check in the mail, I never got it. When I go to customer service and ask to speak to manager, he just gives the employee directions and tells me to call corporate, while never coming over. This is $2,000 I’ve been waiting to get refunded for 3 months now. Whoever the manager is on/as of 4/8/26, is absolutely horrible. I run multiple businesses and I make sure our customers always are taken care of. Sadly, I am huge customer at Best Buy, but I will be avoiding this location at all costs!

  I called your store Saturday & today, Monday. I know everything is going to AI including your store but it was a royal pain because AI doesn’t understand. I was disconnected twice after AI transferred me to a live person. We visited your store Saturday and ask three employees about a product and neither had a clue about the product. We were told by the employee at the service desk we would be put in queue and the salesman would be over to assist us. At that time the store didn’t have a lot of customers yet we waited for a while for a salesman who never came to assist. An employee was standing at the door entrance as we left and said he could answer questions but could not leave from where he was standing. Another employee said he could show us the product but he knew nothing about it because he was there working for AT&T. You lost a sale Best Buy! Do better!

  I almost never come to this Best Buy but it was near by so I decided to come take a look. We walked around the store and stood in the aisle where I needed help in for about 15 minutes until I went to the front to ask for help. While I stood there I saw one employee pass me on her phone didn’t even look up. By the time someone came to see if I needed help I was on my way out already. This store needs people helping or less people on the phone
