    Called in trying to speak with the Appliances Department, but got stuck dealing with their stupid Ai dialer system and got routed to Corporate instead. I asked them to transfer me to the store directly. She said she could not so I asked for her to leave a message for them to call me back. She asked for my name and number of course, but then also wanted an email, which I provided, then my home address??? I said no. She said she would not transfer me or leave a message without first collecting this information. That's insane. Okay then, $1500+ on a Washing Machine + an Extended Warranty that I AM going to buy today just walked out your door all because of Best Buy's terrible Customer Service. Hahn's Appliances is directly behind you guys. I guess I'll go there instead. At least they answer the phone with a real person.

    Bought a keyboard for over $100 more than the tag price because it was in the wrong place. The employees are irritating one guy came and bothered us like 6 times. Yet he couldn't find the right keyboard. Said it be 30 minutes. I was like naw im good. The worst part is he tried to force me to apply for the credit card after I refused twice. I get they're trying to be nice and help but there has to be a line. I say no once that should be enough.

    Disappointed with their customer service. They could not resolve a return issue i had and the manager said there's nothing he could do and only offered me the corporate phone number.

    Welcome committee Too impersonal. Too much stuff. The guy at the front was pleasant. The guy at electronics and ganes was so very nice. He informed me of the item I was looking at. And used his phone/gadget to find other product.
