  Absolute worst experience. Bought a MacBook and it had a chip in the screen. Called apple support and they told me to bring it to the store I purchased it at and they would exchange it. I brought it and they had none in stock and said they would refund my card so I could purchase it again and have it delivered to my house in 3 weeks to a month. I am a student and need a computer to do my school work and Apple has left me with no computer. I didn’t want it delivered simply because I wanted to inspect the next one since the one I bought was defective. I’m beyond livid. In the midst of this whole process they had me speak with approximately 4 different people. One of which was the manager I demanded to speak to. I thought buying from the Apple Store would be an amazing process but this has been absolute hell. Will definitely not be buying another Apple product any time soon.

  Elderly female with gray hair and glasses was rude, dismissive and sarcastic. This is the second time I’ve traveled way out of my way and gotten horrific service. Bye bye apple. Switching to android.

  Apple will brick your device when they want to and then try to sell you another. My phone was working just fine; only had to charge it once a day and had no issues. One morning I wake up and the phone said it installed a security update. Immediately phone began crashing and rebooting over and over and saying there was no battery after it had been on the charger. Literally this just happened it was not gradual and I have no doubt it caused caused by Apple whether intentional or not. I went to the store because I wanted to see how Apple treats its customers whose phones it just bricked with an update. Well, they mentioned that my phone would cost $600 to replace and they suggested it was not worth it I should buy the new one that they will be bricking for everyone soon. Thanks for letting me know you just destroyed my $600 phone and want to do nothing but sell me another. I will pass I would rather buy something reliable from Samsung. HARD PASS

  Ordered was delivered severely days ago still not available for pickup 5 days after original pick up date was supposed to be honored. Apple support is absolutely unhelpful in finding my order. Went up to the store and even though they have it and have had it for 3 days they told me to come back AFTER IT WAS READY FOR PICKUP. Well you are already a week late and have had it for 3 days according to your own support. Where is my device?

  Very unprofessional, they tried to take advantage of my elderly dad when he went in just to check out his speaker because there had been some problems with it. He has a phone that’s about three years old and they only wanted to suggest him to get a new phone instead of helping him with the issue at hand they told him they didn’t know why it could be doing that. Also they told him they could not check if he had AppleCare or not due to him not knowing the knowledge or the terminology, they really tried to play on his intelligence. I don’t appreciate this happening to him because he’s already put off going out to the store for so long because he did not want to be intimidated by the workers and that’s exactly what happens
