- CMCherie MarrsFeb 9, 20261.0This company was notified on December 2, 2025 that my husband and I had obtained an attorney and was in the process of filing bankruptcy and even provided them with the attorneys name. Even with all of that information they have continued to call us every day harassing us along with harassing our references!! They have been told multiple times to stop contacting us and that calling us every day along with our references is legally considered excessive harassment! They do not care and continue to call daily. Their corporate office was also called with complaints of excessive harassment and refuse to do anything about the situation! We are filling a complaint with the BBB and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau next it with be a civil suit against them for excessive harassment and mental anguish due to their daily harassment and unnecessary mental anguish they are willfully inflicting!!
