    Creo que una estrella es mucho para calificar este Mi experiencia en la tienda Verizon de Stillwater fue muy negativa. Sentí que, por no hablar inglés con fluidez, no recibí la atención adecuada ni el apoyo necesario. Me pareció que algunos empleados no mostraron disposición para ayudarme ni para comunicarse de manera clara, lo cual me hizo sentir ignorado y frustrado. Ojalá la tienda mejore su atención hacia clientes que hablan otros idiomas y brinde un trato más respetuoso e inclusivo

    This place is an absolute joke! The employees are rude, unprofessional, and could care less about you. Don’t even waste your time going here, go buy your new phones at Best Buy, they were a lot more helpful and professional. Verizon should be ashamed of themselves with this pathetic store.

    Just wish I could talk to a actual in store person. Been customer service and retail for a long time . People don't realize how important person to person contact can mean to another. But in general pretty good but no .but not 4 star.
