It arrived on time and when I opened the package, I noticed that it had several stickers on the box. I paired it with my phone to test it. It was supposed to be a birthday present in 3 days. As soon as it came on I could tell it had a blown, buzzing speaker. It was obviously never tested. It still had the previous owners name for it in the app. Didn't have time to return and get another one in time for the birthday, so we drove an hour one way to our nearest Best Buy store. Had to exchange it for a new one. $30 higher plus time and fuel. My "excellent" condition speaker wound up costing me more than if I'd bought new to begin with. From the stickers all over the box, I don't think I was the 1st one to return it. Come on Best Buy. Can you not test a product before you rate the condition as excellent and send it out ? Not happy with this Best Buy experience !
