This became a 4 day process and I just wanted to cry I was so frustrated and just ready to call it quits and try another carrier, but yesterday afternoon I received a call from the Oklahoma/Regional manager Zach and advised me he had a solution at the store to make all of this work for us! The associate Hayven went above and beyond to help us, we were at the store for about 3 hours as we kept running into issue after issue due to the previous attempted orders and now looking like we were fraud š¤¦š¼āāļø She was kind, extremely patient, and never once tried to hurry the process along to just get us out the store. I will say we were very impressed with her professionalism thru this process and if it wasnt for her showing concern to her manager about our situation we would have never gone thru with Verizon. Thank you again for everything it is greatly appreciated.
