No instructions included. I went back a couple days later. The worker behind the counter fixed whatever was wrong, which I appreciate, yet a simple set of instructions on how this phone works would have been grand two weeks ago when I got the phone. Still can’t figure out how to navigate it. Again, no instructions included. Why? It serves no purpose if I can’t do what I need to do with it. I’m 67 and am willing to learn.

He answered all my questions and took his time. I had to come back & he was again, very helpful & patient.
