    I needed to update my phone, and the staff walked me thru this, sending me home with a more ‘up to date’ phone, which I cannot navigate easily. No instructions included. I went back a couple days later. The worker behind the counter fixed whatever was wrong, which I appreciate, yet a simple set of instructions on how this phone works would have been grand two weeks ago when I got the phone. Still can’t figure out how to navigate it. Again, no instructions included. Why? It serves no purpose if I can’t do what I need to do with it. I’m 67 and am willing to learn.

    I was really concerned about replacing my phone. Nathan gave me GREAT service. He offered me many options to choose from and explained each. He was very patient and helpful. He answered all my questions and took his time. I had to come back & he was again, very helpful & patient.
