Great experience, very quick and efficient. Down to earth and friendly staff were engaging the whole time and made sure I understood the product. Madison and Nate were very helpful and would recommend this store to friends and family.

I needed to update my phone, and the staff walked me thru this, sending me home with a more ‘up to date’ phone, which I cannot navigate easily. No instructions included. I went back a couple days later. The worker behind the counter fixed whatever was wrong, which I appreciate, yet a simple set of instructions on how this phone works would have been grand two weeks ago when I got the phone. Still can’t figure out how to navigate it. Again, no instructions included. Why? It serves no purpose if I can’t do what I need to do with it. I’m 67 and am willing to learn.
