I normally deal with the employee Kim but she was gone and I’m told I was dealing with the area manager. I’ve been in several times with an issue with my phone and she was beyond unhelpful, she refused to do anything and then told me to call customer service. So I call them after an hour wait time and the information they give is information they said she could’ve helped me in store with! Why would she make me leave and call them for something that could’ve been solved in store. There was no communication on her end. I’m beyond frustrated! Do better!

Kim and Elijah have always gone above and beyond for me and my elderly mom. My mom has a hard time using her device and they have been so kind and helpful and patient with her the times I can’t be there to help her. Even helping her with somethings out side of just her phone service. We need more workers like them in this community. Thanks cricket for the excellent customer service.
