- PWPenelope Wano3 days ago1.0The worst! I went in to add a line and they added a line on a different plan so I was almost paying double and now the company refuses to give me a credit for something that was their fault. This place has gone down hill since they rehired an area manager that they had already fired as a store manager previously! I recommend going to a different business because now cricket does not care to have you as a customer or not.

Why would a authorized dealer want to loose business. They just lost mine after ten years of doing business with this Shawnee location. How can this location hire such incompetent fools and still be in business. Will take my business elsewhere. If you want customer service this is not the place to find it. If you have to go there bypass the so called manager nemed Danny
