  Unknowledgable staff that doesn't want to help, just wants to argue and be as unhelpful as possible. I pay these people over two hundred bucks a month and they act like it's a chore to do their jobs. I need help with my phone and these people are unwilling or incapable.

  Had a few appointment glitches, but everything went fairly smoothly with only minor problems getting the phone set up. The problems were solved by Kelly, who was very helpful, patient and professional.

  Today I had an issue with my phone. Rather than dealing with the customer service call center, I decided to stop in the local store to speak to a person face to face. Not only were my needs exceeded beyond any expectations, but I got the pleasure of witnessing one of my favorite things in this wonderful world: the master-pupil dynamic in action. I was greeted by Logan with a confidence and willingness to help that I found impressive, even though I could tell he was very green in the field. But without question or signal, Kelly was able to lend a watchful and attentive eye to the situation. While figuring out an issue with my billing and setting up new internet service, I got to see Logan absorbing procedure and protocol like an enthusiastic student, asking all the right questions and double-checking to make sure he was getting the job done the right way the first time. Kelly was what made the experience shine, however. Her mastery of both the company's inner workings and customer service was a rare sight to behold. She was an exemplar of leadership and confident grace that lit up the room. The way she guided Logan while simultaneously ensuring my needs were met showed a level of mentorship that you rarely see in retail environments. If you have your own issues at Verizon, don't hesitate to ask that dream team to assist you. Logan's eagerness to learn and get things right, combined with Kelly's expertise and natural leadership, created an experience that went far beyond typical customer service. 10/10 in every possible category!
