  We love every employee that works here. We have never had a bad experience. Dr. Gatlin is amazing & spends the time with you & your fur baby no matter what is going on in the clinic.

  So why one star? The receptionist addressed me by name knowing the reason for the call. When I didn’t immediately make an appointment she got VERY rude AND argumentative on the phone when I asked for an explanation as to why a 3 year vaccine was given but the duration was only a year. Now, I found the answer online myself after my call failed to produce a satisfactory answer. But, I’m not a medical professional soooo, I could be misunderstanding what I read. However, the explanation I got from the receptionist was that the Dr. does only one year duration on puppies. I tried to askif the medication wasn’t as effective on puppies and was told that wasn’t it. I was told Dr. GAITLIN doesn’t do more than a year on puppies. Okay she was a year old. Now, if you look at the highlighted portion the duration is 1 year and the manufacturer is 3 years. I did find that the manufacturer recommends a 1 year booster after the first dose. But I couldn’t really tell if that was for domestic or farm. Animals. But I went with domestic. First, receptionists are NOT medical professionals and the call should have been transferred. Second, she had no right to to talk to me the way she did , third honestly it looks more like they made a clerical error and can’t swear to what the gave my step daughters dog so instead of working with me, giving me a sensible explanation they decided I had to pay for visits exams etc. Okay, sure, I’ll pay someone else from now on. Thanks anyway.

  They were very thorough with my cats exam. Love 1/2 price immunizations every Wednesday

  They where very caring for Tyke my english bulldog. They also helped me with a great insurance plan to take care of any medical issue that might arrise. The price was better than any plan i found about a quarter of what everyone else was asking with more benifits I am thankful not to have to worry anymore when somthing comes up.
