  My son’s iPhone was double locked out like it was in witness pro which led me to the geek squad & ultimately to Bianca. I was impressed with her knowledge of the product & how she was able to fix it expeditiously, like a tech angel with a schedule. She was operating as a full one-woman Geek Squad, smooth, graceful, and wildly competent. She sealed the deal with a firm, honorable handshake that said “this is handled.” The googly-eye wall décor? A perfect 10/10, emotionally supportive and frankly brave. If Geek Squad doesn’t give Bianca a raise, I will personally start referring to them as the Nerd Neighborhood Watch until corrective action is taken. Bianca is elite. Pay her accordingly.

  I have zero insight into how well or how quickly they fix things because my MacBook wasn’t fixable, but my interactions with Geek Squad were great. Bianca was the girl that helped me out and she was SO sweet and sympathetic and helpful. As a photographer, my laptop is a vital aspect of my business and the CPU failing out of nowhere was unbelievably stressful. Bianca did a phenomenal job explaining the options available regarding choosing to replace the CPU or to buy a new device. Luckily they weren’t too busy and she even walked me over to the sales floor and pointed out features and pros/cons of the different options that she thought would be helpful to know about for what I needed in a new computer. She answered a couple questions before handing me off to a sales associate about color display accuracy and processors, and overall really eased my mind about everything. She even remembered my name and situation when I came back to the store the next day to purchase my new device. I’ll definitely be looking for her if I ever need help again in the future!
