  I went in to close my deceased mother’s account. She had been a customer for 10+ years. Owed nothing on devices and was never late on a bill. They wanted $212 to unsuspend her account to turn right back around to close it. They wanted a death certificate for proof which I provided, but wanted her to pay for the last 2 months since her passing. Zero compassion and zero loyalty to their own customers. Will never use their service nor step foot back in this store.

  Came in and Larry was able to get me a better deal than I initially came in for. Can't wait to play around with my new phone and learn everything it can do!

  Deserves less than a one star after selling a two garbage phones and wouldn't even fix them or replace them added a bunch of bullshit to our bill

  Horrible I been a client of them for two years I wanted help regarding everything I call customer service not the store but the actually line and it was horrible I disconnected the line because of what happen with this lady I just thought of calling just because I need help but the lady that help me just was rude don't listen and I end up have to pay my line for a month I already pay when someone else told me the cycle was every month bill then this lady tells me something else so basically not good communication and she still accused treating me if I don't pay my bill send me to collection and that would be on me when I have always pay everything I just wanted explanation her name was jen , I assure her I always pay everything she does not need to be threatened me with that very rude from customer service I always pay my bills right and on time never again going back to Verizon horrible experience
