    Would not recommend using this branch of Verizon. Worst customer service in the world . No salesmanship at all. Kind of didn’t take me serious as a customer no drive to make a sale at all . I would have bought but the customer service was that bad .

    If they are switching to T-Mobile they need to have TMOBILE people working there along side the Verizon .. I went to get my replacement phone via insurance and they had to call a T-Mobile store to get help. They wiped my old phone before I could make sure I had all my stuff. I lost messages from the past 10 years. Being told it'll prob load once I get in better wifi. All my apps had to be relogged into and reset. Pretty much if it wasn't on my Google storage... Its gone. It felt rushed as far as the transfer process. I know they are learning new system but take the time to transfer the stuff correctly...

    Just wanted to give a shout out to Freddy, pretty sure it was Freddy or Henry lol. Regardless had an emergency activating a new phone from the Apple Store. Walked into just before they closed on a Friday and was shocked by how friendly and efficient Freddy was. Never had such a great experience at any Verizon store. Promote this guy!!!

    I got a new phone. Interestingly when my bill arrived I was charged for services I had canceled long ago. I talked to Verizon on the phone I was told that while they sympathized I was still stuck paying for their error. Pretty rotten service after 20 plus years as a customer. My kids have already dumped Verizon and I certainly can't defend the company. I upgraded and now have the worst phone internet service. On the plus side the staff at the store are helpful and kind. Would not recommend.
