They have sign a waiver that doesn’t liable for anything they do to the phone so now I have to buy a new and they won’t do anything to fix it or replace it.

As far as their warranties go through best buy it's a good deal. But if you need a computer fixed or have other technical needs shop around first. Geek Squad prices are very high.
