But when I need a new phone to replace the one I threw against the wall too many times or ANOTHER really overpriced charger and chord ($55! Where are we? The Apple store?) I go to this location because it is close to my office. Manager is really helpful unless you call too many times in row. She will hang up on you. The young guy behind the counter seems borderline disrespectful, but he's not. He shouldn't have to put up with B.S. and will kindly let you know. Obviously I am far from the perfect customer, but always get what I need here!
