This best buy location gave me one of the worst retail experiences ever. I came in to make a purchase and the salesman was least interested in telling the accurate price. They were like '500 or something like that' when the actual price was 200 lower. Next up the blonde lady store manager had one of the woest attitude ever! Told us to leave the store if the prices dont seem right to us!

Any time you try to call this Best Buy, some stupid AI picks up the phone and you can’t even speak to a real person. If you’re lucky, you’ll finally get to, but it takes FOREVER. Why don’t they pay a real person to pick up the phone? It is RIDICULOUS how long it takes to reach someone. Do better Best Buy.
