The experience with the person who helped me was a good one, then I had to wait for a longer period of time for the guys in the back to bring my television out. They had to be called at least 3 times that I know of, and the store was not busy with customers waiting for orders. In my opinion a conversation needs to occur about response times. Would have been a 4 star had my expectations been met.
