    Alonso Phillips just helped me at the south OKC location. He displayed excellent customer service skills as he processed a return refund and then a sale. He went above and beyond his call of duty by not just once but twice he carried my television to my car for me. I will go back thanks to him 👍

    I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at Best Buy this past week. On Saturday, my family and I went in to purchase a laptop. Unbeknownst to me, my gold diamond wedding bracelet broke off while I was in the store. I didn’t realize it was missing until later, and over the next several days I retraced every step I had taken calling other stores and restaurants, searching my entire home, and hoping against hope that it might somehow be found. What I didn’t know at the time was that an honest and kind employee had turned my bracelet in to Lost and Found. By Wednesday, after many phone calls and growing worry, I was finally connected with the store manager, Uche. From the very first conversation, he was one of the most pleasant, compassionate, and professional people I have ever spoken with. He personally helped coordinate everything and made the pickup completely seamless. When I was reunited with my sentimental bracelet, I was overwhelmed with gratitude. In a world where it can be easy to lose faith, this experience reminded me that there are still truly honest people who do the right thing, even when no one is watching. I genuinely believe this was God answering my prayers. Thank you to the incredible employee who turned it in, and especially to Uche for his kindness and leadership. Because of people like you, Best Buy has earned my trust and loyalty for life.

    The supervisor i believe his name is Brian showed no interest in helping me regarding my tax exempt card he said go online and there was nothing he could do he mentioned downloading the app which i stated " I've done that it isn't working....still he showed no interest in helping me and he didn't...."but" always keep the faith because someone will come through for you and that is exactly what one employee did. I wish I could remember his name...The employee walked me through it and even updated some information for me on their system which was a blessing. A lack of eyes always allows a supervisor to act one way towards their customers.

    They were helpful at first but I Used my debit card for a purchase over $100, then I just tried to get change for a $100 bill for a later purchase and they refused to give me any change without making another purchase. They lied and said they couldn’t open the drawer without making another purchase, but that’s a lie and doesn’t make sense because how do you get the money out of the drawer at the end of the night if you HAVE to make a purchase to open it? Terrible policy, if you don’t want to help me just say so don’t make up some dumb excuse.

    I went inside this Best Buy today to deal with their geek squad. I dealt with the most condescending, disrespectful, entitled human being I have ever met. Her name was IMELDA. From the very beginning she had and attitude. The entire time she “helped” me she was on the phone with someone. I understand people have bad days, but don’t treat me like I’m the reason you’re miserable in life. Even with her disrespectful attitude I continued to treat her with grace. From the very beginning she acted like me coming in for my appointment was an inconvenience to her, because she was on the phone prior. As I described the issues I was having with the computer, before she even made an effort to do anything she was already saying she couldn’t address the problem. She initially didn’t hook the computer up to the Internet. As soon as she did the computer gave one of the errors I came in to address. Her only solution was to delete my school profile, and me lose everything that wasn’t an option. I’ve had computers serviced before and never been told such a laughable solution to fix a program issue. The entire time we communicated I dealt with her attitude. I brushed off her sly comments and rude demeanor. It was pretty clear early on she wasn’t going to make an honest effort to resolve my two issues. I have shopped Best Buy for over two decades. Buying everything from personal devices to devices for my businesses. I will not spend a penny with them moving forward. If I’m giving you my hard earned money, I don’t need your disrespectful attitude when your product is having issues. If you aren’t a child of mine I don’t got ride for your attitude or need to deal with it. Word of mouth can make or break a company today in this world of technology. I will share my experience with everyone I know, and everyone asking me for advice on where to buy electronics from other business owners, family, and friends. When you are giving a business your hard earned dollars, the least they can do is treat you with dignity and respect. I will be sharing my experience on all platforms I have and frequent. If she would have just said she didn’t want to help me i would have waited on someone else. Despite her attitude i stuck it out with as long as i could with her in hopes of getting my issue fixed after driving 35min and taking the day to resolve the two issues. From the start she was trying to rush me out, and made it clear she wasn’t going to put the effort in to fix anything. I brought the computer without a keyboard. I had already tried numerous different keyboard and mouse’s to see if that was creating the issue before taking a day to being the unit in. She originally tried to dismiss me saying the first problem was my keyboard and mouse, before I informed her I had previously went through those steps before coming in. I live a peaceful life, and I’m surrounded by people of high morals, integrity, and class. Dealing with some grumpy, rude, condescending is not the norm for me. I tried to give her all the grace I could understanding sometimes people have bad days. However at some point you can’t allow people to walk all over you and talk down to you. This was hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. I will not continue to support a company who’s employees don’t hold themselves to a standard of treating customers as basic human beings.
