I needed a new PC because my last one was on its last legs. In the past I've always purchased Dells for some reason, but after a brief conversation with the Best Buy representative, letting her know what I would be using it for and what capabilities I was looking for, I walked out with an Asus Zenbook. It's got a fantastic display, sufficient RAM and processor power, and plenty of hardrive space. I am very satisfied with my purchase!

Hiring manager should be evaluated.
This store has dropped the ball too many times for me. Staff is horrible not responsive. Doesn’t seem like a management staff works here everyone seems super incompetent and incapable. Very disappointed at the lack of customer service in any regard. Asked 4 people to get a Nintendo switch for me all claimed to be busy all were standing in a circle talking crap and on their phones instead of doing their job. Waited for over 25 minutes on someone to grab a game console that ultimately they never came to get.

Geek squad is terrible. Had appt had to wait 20 minutes for them to say we won't help you because they say it's software issue even though I know isn't. Melinda rude employee

I understand that employees may be required to meet sales or commission goals; however, it is extremely uncomfortable when a customer repeatedly declines an offer and the staff continues to push memberships and credit cards. I felt almost harassed by this behavior.

As a result of the most incredibly poor customer service and interaction with his company, we typically avoid purchasing most anything from Best buy. Every two or three years or so I will give them another opportunity but unfortunately every single time they fail. Perfect example of the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing inside Best buy. They cannot communicate they cannot coordinate they get orders wrong they get deliveries wrong and when the deliveries do come it's the wrong merchandise. You then have to talk to someone in India in order to even attempt to get anything straightened out which takes hours. It's 2026 and a brand new large screen television purchase went south. Will try again in about 2030 but I'm betting anything that Best buy will no longer be around by that time. Because of our experience we will purchase absolutely anything we can from absolutely anyone else even if it's a significantly higher price. Best buys good prices do not justify the issues that we have.
