They helped direct me in the direction to go. I came in with a problem, the whole team were exceptional! I can’t express my gratitude for their understanding, I didn’t give 5 stars for the policies and leaving with the same problem I came in with.

I was really disappointed in my experience today. I've been putting off getting a new phone for a very long time, so I am upgrading from an XR to a 17 Pro. I found the signage for the order pickup area to be a bit hard to spot in a crowded store, so I waited around stupidly while all the employees were helping other guests. The one unoccupied guy I saw didn't seem to notice me standing there and greeted someone else who had just walked in, but that was okay since I finally noticed the order pickup sign. The young guy who gave me my order was nice, I guess (but not overly friendly) and told me it would be just a minute for someone to bring it out. We spoke briefly about the battery on my old XR, and how busy the store had been over the holidays. When someone brought my phone out, the box was scratched and smudged as if it had been a return. I expressed concern that it might be a refurb, but he showed me the seal and said the phone inside was fine. He made no mention of seeing if there was a better box in the color and storage I had ordered, nor did he apologize for the box's condition or offer any additional suggestions. I know this very minor complaint is the definition of a first-world problem, but this phone was an expensive purchase for me and it was tossed at me like it was nothing, with red ink marks and scratches, and it just sort of lessened the whole experience. I can remember when it felt so special and momentous to open a new phone in pristine packaging, and I know it's silly, but I haven't even taken it out of the box yet.

I bought a new I phone on Friday and was quoted $80.00 trade in for my old one. Got new phone and was told to take both phones home and transfer the data to the new phone and bring it back. I brought it back today and was told it’s worth 0.00. Which I find amazing because the lady across from me on Friday was having the same issue, she bought her phone earlier that day and now her phone was worth 0.00. Seems pretty convenient for the Apple Store.

This store is the absolute worst! Apple care makes it to where you have to get your screen fixed at the apple store and the wait is horrific, they dont communicate well ahead of time and brought me to tears bc im disabled and in pain and had to wait two hours on their horrible little uncomfortable stools and my phone isnt even close to fixed. Im so upset by this visit that Im considering buying ANY other brand phone (even a cheap govt phone) to avoid having to go to this hell hole again.

Went to the Apple Store at Penn station mall, not only to check on one of my apple devices, but to see if they have the iPad pro M5, and Yes! They have it, especially the associates were very helpful over there to ask any questions or answers as well. It may not be the biggest Apple Store in the US, especially having more stuff like the others, at least in Oklahoma, this is the only apple store to go to, if you need some helps and tips, especially buying the latest new apple devices here.
