  Been on the phone for 9 minutes and still on hold , I spoke with a rambling robot for 2 minutes and now I’m just annoyed and waiting . why is it so hard to talk to a real person now a days .No I don’t want to give my concent to a machine, I want to find a number that puts me on the line with a human please !

  We bought this Apple Watch and my daughter decided to put the watch on the Couch And open the heart rate app it started measuring the heart and came up with a random heart rate, and they started going up and down It was at 70 and then it went to 69 and then I went to 75 and it kept on changing with nobody’s heart rate. It was just on the couch. I don’t know how to take a picture to show you, but if I could, I would.

  Worst service I’ve ever had at the Apple Store. I had a 4:30 p.m. appointment for an AirPod right-bud replacement. After I checked in, I was told the wait would be 30 minutes. Meanwhile, employees were giving priority to customers who were walking in to purchase items. After 30 minutes, I asked one of the salespeople how much longer the wait would be since I had been told 30 minutes. She said it should be another 20 minutes. I waited the additional 20 minutes as told. After another 45 minutes—now 6:10 p.m.—I was finally met by another sales representative who checked into my issue. I had to wait over 1.5 hours just to get some help.
