The staff showed zero care for customers, and if they are appointment-only, that should be clearly stated on the front door to avoid confusion. This location is severely understaffed, and Apple can do better. Oklahoma City deserves better service. There should be more certified people available to assist with Apple products. The customer service at this store is absolutely atrocious, and walk-in customers should be given priority. We drove there for no reason, and it was incredibly frustrating.
- AMAnani Mouse6 days ago4.0They’re helpful and work fast when you have an appointment ahead of time. Whatever is wrong with your phone they’ll probably have you erase it and reload it. And honestly, that often works. My advice is to try the troubleshooting over the phone with the Apple care team. They can have you pinpoint what’s wrong. this is the only Apple store in town. Apple will say that there’s a location at Best Buy, but that’s the Geek Squad and they are not that knowledgeable about Apple phones. They are authorized to do some very basic troubleshooting. If your issue is complicated, you will waste your time there. This location in the mall is where the pros are. They have all the new gadgets to try out and a selection of accessories for the latest generation of phones.

I was told that because it was so busy, they will not take the time to do my 1 hour battery replacement. If Saturday’s are so busy, why waste my time by allowing me to make the appointment? If you are looking to get your device worked on, make an appointment as early as possible. They said 11 am was the only time they would have done it.
