  Had a really good experience with the team and the manager. I had some circumstances outside of my control and let the exchange window lapse by a few days. They worked with me to make sure I can get my laptop replaced. Highly recommend.

  Trying to get pokemon from here is not fun. Only way to get anything is standing in line on release day, I went into the store and of course the tins are the only thing available but there’s 3 UPC prizmatic boxes on the shelf “not for sale”. Employees didn’t know how it got ordered because to their knowledge you can’t preorder, said to check online. Online says instore only, chatted with an agent they said it’s in store only, but they may have an “internal process” not available online. So no help from anyone. No wonder you can’t get these in store. Now you have to pay over 350 from a scalper to get the

  The staff was extremely helpful. Made the process easy to get my new tv and monitor. Usually it’s a hassle trying to find help in Best Buy, but this store has very attentive employees and it’s probably up there with one of the best ones I’ve been to.

  I am very unhappy with the staff aggressively upselling me on a more expensive MacBook Air when the new MacBook Neo was what I came there for. I'll take my business somewhere else.

  The store refused to sell me the items they had in stock. They had 13 of the items but stated l could only purchase five and I would have to come back the next day if I wanted to purchase anymore. Only once I got on the phone with a corporate office to file a complaint while in the store did he agree to actually help me. Stated I was getting special treatment and that It was a one time special treatment. Trust me sir, I will never be back to this store again nor will I give my business to Best Buy at all. I will do everything I can to leave the store a bad review on multiple sites.
