  I drove 3 hours and 40 minutes to this Best Buy location, trusting them to fix my iPhone. That was a huge mistake. The Geek Squad didn’t fix anything they completely destroyed my phone. Before I brought it in, it at least powered on occasionally. Now it doesn’t turn on at all. They took a bad situation and made it far worse. What’s unacceptable is the damage this caused beyond just the phone. I lost irreplaceable family photos, my kids’ first Christmas and the last Christmas I spent with my father before he passed away. Those memories are gone forever because of their negligence. On top of that, I’m now locked out of my work accounts because my phone had my saved passwords. Not once did anyone warn me that I could lose my data, photos, or access to important accounts. That level of carelessness and lack of communication is inexcusable. I even went to an Apple Store afterward, and they couldn’t undo the damage. This wasn’t just poor service this was reckless. I trusted them with my device and my data, and they failed on every level. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before bringing their devices here.

  I just want to say, this store REALLY needs to talk to their employees about personal hygiene and stop hiring people who smell absolutely awful. I went into this best buy, and talked to the microsoft kid I think his name was Austin, and he smelt absolutely horrendous! I do not know how in the world he EVER got hired, having to follow him around just to get a product genuinely made my eyes water. that’s not okay in the slightest!! Why in the world would ANYONE want to be helped by someone who smells absolutely awful and leaves a STINCH whenever they walk. It doesn’t even look like the guy showers, it’s gross and so unbelievably unprofessional. His breathe smelt horrible as well, which is no surprise but god bless. I really hope the managers are able to talk to him and get that resolved, but goodness I don’t think I’m going to go back until that kid showers. Overall very disappointed, disgusted, and appalled by this experience.

  They implemented a new AI system for their phone and they refuse to accept calls. All calls get routed to a call center in a foreign country. This is extremely counterproductive for helping local citizens. In addition to this, I bought an HP laptop here and HP is also gatekeeping support. I would highly advise avoiding buying products from Best Buy. I am going to buy a Framework Laptop 16 and use Linux ONLY. I am never going to look back. These corporations no longer care about their customers and all they care about is their shareholders, which is extremely flawed thinking because it's their customers that essentially pay them. Without their customers, they would have no shareholders. Edit: the call center literally told me they can't give me a repair estimate. This means I would have to drive up there just to get an idea of what they would charge for a repair. The response I got is laughable. Don't shop here.

  This might be the first Best Buy I’ve ever gone to that had plenty of employees that could actually help employees. Usually you go to a Best Buy and you have to walk around looking for them. I went in for a projector and the employee was extremely helpful. He has me convinced and unfortunately I wasn’t able to get one then, but I have every intention of going back based off how awesome the customer service was.
