  Yesterday my significant other and I went to go pick up an online order at this Best Buy. There were hardly any customers at the pick up lane. There was just one couple in front of us. We decided to browse the store then hopped in line after the couple had left. Two employees walked to the back. Which at first we did not mind until a line started to form behind us and we could hear a lot of laughing and horse play. We did wait a bit before we were attended. Before the employees returned, one cursed and said something inappropriate because there was a line of people. My significant other and I were completely stunned as that is just inappropriate language in front of customers. It seemed like our business was not wanted. I understand having fun at the job is something, but there is a time and place. My overall customer service experience was pretty poor and I just hope more customers don’t have to hear such foul language.

  No se dejen engañar yo tuve la peor experiencia compré una TV de 85 pulgadas el 12/28/2025 y el 2/07/2026 se le puso una raya en la pantalla y no me la quisieron cambiar cuando yo pagué una garantía directo con la tienda de $300 donde el vendedor me dijo que esa garantía era por 2 años y cubría cualquier cosa le pasara a la TV si no en caso de no tener compostura la tienda me daba una nueva y pues resulta que me dijeron que no que la garantía no me cubría eso que no podían aser nada y la TV no tenía ni 2 meses para que sepan y no los engañen
