  I was in and out buying a new phone. Gage I believe was his name, was amazing. Multitasking and working with multiple customers without making anyone feel neglected. He was on his game and so friendly. Appreciated his service

  As many others on here have commented, worst possible customer service. Went in today to buy a new desktop computer. After a horrible experience, left and won't be back.

  today i had Karla and Tyler both help me & they were amazing. i’ve had so many issues with surgery scheduling, starting a new job, and my ipad not working, and needing to buy a new laptop for my work/studies. not only did they go above and beyond to help me get it figured out, they were so kind and treated me like an actual person! thank you tyler and karla!

  This review starts without Apple customer care resolving the situation we would no longer be Apple customers after decades of loyalty. This particular store botched a simple battery replacement on a pristine condition out of Apple care warranty phone. Retail cost replacement and they wasted four hours of our time sitting on wooden crates. With all the technology and equipment to replace a battery they should be proficient in replacing and they destroyed a perfectly pristine case queen iPhone that simply had a degraded battery. The customer service is bottom of the barrel at this particular store and I speak from four hours of experience and waiting hours for a return call from a member of management the next day until I had enough and contacted Apple cares 800 number and they resolved the situation and they are the only reason we still continue to support Apple. If you must come to an Apple Store to resolve an issue or purchase an Apple product please go to the Tulsa location. Too many employees standing around goofing off while customers sit on hard wood crates waiting for customer service that Apple should require from it’s employees representing the brand.
