  Apple Support scheduled a screen replacement appointment for me at 5:40 PM, two days in advance. The confirmation stated the repair would take approximately 20 minutes. I arrived early at 5:15 PM and checked in at the Geek Squad counter. After waiting for a while, someone finally came over and informed me that their technician was finishing up work on another phone—which was understandable since I was early. However, he then told me that the repair could take up to 2 hours, and because the store closes at 7 PM, I might need to leave my phone overnight. I confirmed we were still discussing a simple screen replacement, and he said yes. I asked why appointments are scheduled within the last two hours of the day if the service might require more time than that. He told me he didn’t have control over the scheduling system.

  A lot of new TV the salesperson he was so so the guy that came and stall it was top of the notch

  These guys are the best! I called them regarding a problem I was having with my computer. (I have a maintenance contract with Best Buy). The Geek Squad fellow spent 30-minutes on the telephone with me and talked me through the problem I was having. This is a great service!!
