  Ordered a hard to find glass panel for my Samsung refrigerator. BB doesn't ship them, so I drove 5 hours EACH way to pick it up. The problem was once I got there the panel was shattered, this was after I was told it was in excellent condition! No manager will talk to you and still haven't heard back from corporate. I have decided brick and mortar can SAD, I'll just buy online, which I had to do from another company that would ship it. I would suggest employees of BB look for another line of work if the company isn't interested in having even decent customer service.

  Erik working Customer Service on 3/24 around 645ish really helped me out with a phone I got here about a month prior. I went in a little frustrated but his assistance was great, left happy.

  We were “those people” who came in late and stayed past closing (I blame my husband, I told him they closed soon but he thought they closed an hour after). They were super kind and accommodating for us despite checking out after closing so excellent customer service. Will come back again (hopefully at a more reasonable time lol)
