I was charged an additional $10 because Cricket did not process my autopay and would not send me a reset code so I could get into their app. I tried 3 times to get a code and NEVER received one. Also customer service in the store can’t help you over the phone which in my opinion is terrible in this day and age. If you can’t get into the app because of no code from Cricket and you can’t get service over the phone it might be time to move to another provider!!!!!

I left with an awesome Lg Stylo 5, protective case and screen cover and couldn't be more satisfied. The atmosphere of this store was great as well as the customer service.
