She was told that they aren’t technicians. That was all they did for her, I called after she left and an employee said they can’t troubleshoot it without an android to text to. I said that’s is VERIZON’s problem to solve, not my moms. Very frustrating. No manager was in store is what I was told by an associate. Zero help
- RARobert AdamsFeb 16, 20261.0Unfortunately, switching over to Verizon has turned out to be an absolutely horrible decision. We came in for the "bring us your bill, and we can beat it” promotion. We came and started the process, quoted about $75 a month, less than AT&T. The iPhone 17s we wanted were not in stock, so we had to wait. After about 30 days, we were informed that our phones had arrived. The original person who helped us was unavailable, so another employee helped us. We traded in 3 phones, and received 3 new phones, but somewhere along the way, our new plan ended up being about $100 more. To top that off, the “we will pay off your current phones, up to $800” promotion that we were told you would receive an email with your $800 Mastercard in about 6-8 weeks... found out today that it is more like 16 weeks!! So we had to pay off our AT&T phones well before we received our Verizon prepaid cards. Also, if you drive up and down I35 through the city, Verizon coverage is horrendous! Very spotty calls at I35 and I240, SE59th, SE29th, I40 interchange, I235 and Kilpatrick. We are very disappointed that we switched; the issues we were having with AT&T seem very minimal in comparison now. Buyer beware.
