    Went here to purchase monitors for at home office. If Christian is a salesperson, he didn't want to help customers this day, or he was having a really bad day. He was short and kind of dismissive. Very offputting. JP with the GeekSquad was extremely helpful. We ended up purchasing a 49 inch monitor, from another salesperson (still in high-school, can't remember his name, maybe Ashton?) and knows how to help customers.

    Asked an employee for help as the product I was looking for was not on shelf but the app said it was in stock. The employee went over to the game aisle scanned the qr code and then said he would look in the back for it. The employee was maybe gone for 2 minutes came back and said the product was out of stock. I placed a pickup order for the product and receive an email about 20 minutes later saying it was ready. Best Buy had the product...

    Went into talk with Geek Squad when my GPU kicked the bucket. Jackson was super kind, greeting me and getting me set up and Jake was phenomenal in taking the time to help me pick a proper replacement and get it installed. I hate going out shopping as it is and the day before Christmas Eve felt daunting for me. These two amazing people really helped me to feel at ease and get in and out with all my needs in one stop! Genuinely hope they have an amazing holiday and new year! Jake and Jackson - thank you truly!

    I generally buy from Best Buy online and pickup in store. The process is easy and straightforward. They are quick to get my order ready for pickup. Usually in a fraction of the time estimated. The pick up line is usually short and moves quickly. They rarely have the best price but what I need (want) is usually in-stock. I consider it a convenience fee.
