    Tyler was amazing. He was very helpful and knew a lot of plan details, and deals going on. I only planned to upgrade one line but after listening to the deals and him showing where I could save a few dollars across my whole account. I upgraded two lines instead and he never made me feel like I had to do it now or I would miss out on something. Thank so much Tyler!

    Lied about pricing. Turned in a device and they did not delete it from my account. Asked to terminate the service and they lied about that too. If they look shady it's cause they are. I'm calling customer service to fix this so it's costing me time and more cause these people lied. Untrustworthy

    Switched from AT&T to Verizon 2 yrs ago then after 6 months upgraded to a business plan. Bill was promised to stay around $230 range then gradually went up to 300 then one of the phones stopped working so we added an upgrade & continued on. As of last week our monthly bill is $430. Went to the store for help, they couldn’t help me so I called Verizon, sat on hold 2 hours then finally got to someone. talked to them for 15 minutes then the call was disconnected. I hoped they would call back, got a text from Verizon saying they will call. Never got anything so I called the next day and sat on hold for over an hour till finally scheduling a call back for earliest 8pm and never got a call. Go back in to the store asking for help because I was getting nowhere with the 1-800 number & got told AGAIN we don’t mess with business accounts. I will never go back to Verizon they lie, overcharge, try to trick you into contracts, and once you have an account they could care less about any issues or concerns you have, also the staff at this store only have a couple good workers the majority are disrespectful, rude, and act like my issues and questions are inconveniencing them.

    I added a line and upgraded the phone on a different line on December 26th. The salesperson promised me a $100 credit on my next bill, stated he would waive my activation fee, and showed me the monthly price for unlimited welcome on the new line. My next bill was over $95 more. When I reached out to Verizon customer service via the app they said there were zero notes in my account about the credit or activation fee. They offered me a $50 total credit, then my response declining their offer wouldn't go through. The chat then terminated. I have 6 lines and have been with them for 25 years. I'm paying off.both new devices and switching to T-Mobile next month.

    I went to the store with an issue that was unresolved via Verizon consumer service rep for over 5 hours- no exaggeration. I walked in and Jack greeted me and started working on reactivating my phone (which was inadvertently deactivated 5 hours earlier) and activating my daughter’s new phone in Florida while on WhatsApp video. He was so efficient I was speechless! He walked us through all the steps to get us up and running in less than 30 mins. Amazing customer service, very knowledgeable and thorough! Thank you Jack!!!!
