Would definitely recommend coming here for any current customers of Cricket or anyone looking into getting Cricket. The employees were very helpful, knowledgeable, and even when we were trying to get my phone off my old plan, they were very patient with trying to get things sorted out. ETA: Terrelle mainly helped us, but Latoya also provided assistance and my comments on the overall professionalism applies equally to both.
