Anytime after I started my service when I interact with the staff at this store they are always rude even for basic questions. They hang up on you and act like you are an inconvenience in their day. The service itself is great, customer service leaves something to be desired

Then She said my dad’s plan was still 175. We did the math and called her out So she called the police and had us trespassed , bottom line go to Pine cellular their plan is 25 bucks for the same benefits
