  Hunter Sills has been helping at the Enid store. He has gone above and beyond on so many levels to help us upgrade phones on our business acct. Even gave us his cell phone number to reach him after hours when we had an issue. So polite and helpful, this guy deserves a raise!!!

  The Verizon store in Enid Ok did an amazing job, especially the associate Hunter. He went above and beyond to help me. Better than that I didn’t even have to leave my house. Thank you Hunter. 🙏🙏👍👍

  Me and my fiancé went into Verizon because his 5g wasn’t working and we couldn’t figure it out so we walked in and immediately when we walked in we were greeted by an older gentleman, he was very rude to start with. I was explaining what was going on he proceeded to treat us like we were absolutely stupid. He then yanked the phone from my fiancé and asked my fiancé in a very rude tone asked him to just unlock his phone and open settings. He then proceeded to treat us stupid for not understanding that his old number had to be transferred over to the new one so he did that and then proceeded to say all fixed goodbye. Horrible experience
