  Busy store, one employee, no restroom, and phones run around $1000. My granddaughter (2 years old) wet herself during their visit due to the employee saying they didn’t have a restroom. This is ridiculous and disrespectful to customers especially when we have been with Verizon for over 25 years!😡

  So i cancled my entire services with Verizon which is an Iphone, Mifi, and Ipad. Come to find out 2 months later when i finally turned my ipad on it had a full service with an entire new phone number that i never set up or gave them permission to. They cannot explain how it even happened but were charging me for 2 months for a plan i never made with them. Now they want to send us and hour and a half away to a corporate location to figure out what all is going on. This location made a whole unlimited plan and brand new phone number i never seen before on my ipad without any of my permission but cant help you with ANYTHING. This location is very untrustworthy i don't understand how i can go into the store and tell them i am cancelling everything and come to find out i have a new number and plan attached to my ipad without any knowledge but wont help me at all and are sending me to corporate. I highly recommend you dont do business with Verizon let alone this location in Elk City. Go do business with AT&T thats where i went and they havent made a new plan with a new number behind my back so i trust them way more. Just save yourself the trouble and dont do business with this sketchy location!

  Now, I've had Verizon for ever & it's this store, I have issues with. The person who was "helping" us was such a loud talker (yeller) that I had a 2 hour headache, after I left. Ask to lower their voice & gave the nastiest dagger 🗡 stare. Needed the 📱 or would have left, told they would help us & everything we ask was no, you need to figure it out yourself, plus we don't do that. Basically take it or leave it & wanting extra funds for everything. Worth the drive to a Verizon dealer & skip this satellite store.
