Only complaint I have is that it takes a long time to get it done so make sure you are not in a hurry. He was the only one working and had a customer before us but did start helping us as he could.

My granddaughter (2 years old) wet herself during their visit due to the employee saying they didn’t have a restroom. This is ridiculous and disrespectful to customers especially when we have been with Verizon for over 25 years!😡

Come to find out 2 months later when i finally turned my ipad on it had a full service with an entire new phone number that i never set up or gave them permission to. They cannot explain how it even happened but were charging me for 2 months for a plan i never made with them. Now they want to send us and hour and a half away to a corporate location to figure out what all is going on. This location made a whole unlimited plan and brand new phone number i never seen before on my ipad without any of my permission but cant help you with ANYTHING. This location is very untrustworthy i don't understand how i can go into the store and tell them i am cancelling everything and come to find out i have a new number and plan attached to my ipad without any knowledge but wont help me at all and are sending me to corporate. I highly recommend you dont do business with Verizon let alone this location in Elk City. Go do business with AT&T thats where i went and they havent made a new plan with a new number behind my back so i trust them way more. Just save yourself the trouble and dont do business with this sketchy location!
