    Unhelpful and Unprofessional Experience I received an official email from Verizon instructing me to drop off a device and documents at a Verizon store. When I arrived, there was an employee sitting down who barely acknowledged me. I explained that I was there to return a device as directed in the email. He immediately said, “We don’t take returns here. You can take it to another store or ship it through UPS.” I showed him the email, and he responded that “they don’t know what they’re doing” and that customer service keeps sending people to stores by mistake. He never stood up to assist or check anything — he just stayed seated the entire time, clearly uninterested in helping. He also added, “You can leave it here if you want, but they’ll charge you,” which made no sense because I never said I wanted to leave it there. What bothered me most was his attitude — no professionalism, no effort to help, and no sense of responsibility even though this is a Verizon-branded store. He even said this location isn’t corporate and that he “doesn’t care” about the issue. I understand that customer service teams sometimes make mistakes, but there’s no excuse for disrespect or indifference toward customers. Sadly, I am in the process of becoming a Verizon Prepaid provider myself and opening multiple Verizon prepaid stores in Oklahoma City. This experience really disappointed me, because it’s not the kind of customer service I want to represent. I hope Verizon takes this as constructive feedback and ensures that all stores — corporate or authorized — treat customers with respect and consistency.

    Do NOT pre-order from this store! I was promised an iPhone 17 Pro, but it was delivered to the wrong location and sat there for 11 days. Ty never followed up, never returned texts or calls, and never followed through on bringing my phone to Edmond. Cierra tried to help but for whatever reason couldn’t cancel my “pending” order. I finally did what this store should have done from the start and called the other store and had them cancel my order and add it to their inventory. The lack of urgency, accountability, and communication was appalling. My husband and I have been loyal Verizon customers for 11+ years, but after nearly 2 weeks of runaround and ghosting, I gave up and switched to AT&T. This should have been handled better.
