  Ben was extremely helpful. Got my family and I on a new plan with a great deal for iPhone 17 pro max. He even stayed late to help us transfer data from our old phones to the new ones.

  Not sure the name of the person who “helped” us, but he was the epitome of everything a customer service representative should not be. Completely unhelpful and dismissive, fidgety and couldn’t even make eye contact with my husband and I. If you happen to go in and are met with a man with dyed blonde hair and silver rings ask for someone else or leave. Don’t waste your time with someone who can’t even make eye contact during a business conversation.
