  kendra is a DOLL !! me and my boyfriend came in 30 minutes till close with a broken phone and we were in distress and she told us everything we needed for us to help her the next day. we went back and she greeted is in the morning and helped us more than she needed to ! she went above and beyond and we were very very grateful ! i hope she gets a raise cause she deserves it

  I had the pleasure to experience the best service I've received at this Verizon location! Kyle greeted us, set-up a business line with a transfer from a personal line, and Trent came in and provided additional discounts on an AIR 17 for her woman owned SMB. It's always a pain to transfer data but this was seamless. I highly recommend Verizon and ask for one of these 2 gentlemen, pretty sure you'll get the same exemplary service me and my fiancée did from Kyle and Trent!

  I had an excellent experience at the Verizon Wireless store! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I got the right plan and device for my needs. They took the time to explain all my options clearly, answered every question with patience, and never made me feel rushed. The store itself was clean, well-organized, and had a comfortable atmosphere. What really stood out was the customer service—everyone was professional, attentive, and genuinely wanted to help. I left feeling confident with my purchase and happy with how smooth the whole process was.
