  Took my son's phone into this location with no idea what was wrong with it. Liam was able to figure out that my son had messed with the system settings, which is why the phone wouldn't work. He could've easily said that it was unfixable and we'd just have to buy a new phone. But instead, he spent about an hour figuring out the problem and trying various fixes. In the end, he was able to get it taken care of, and I walked out with the same phone now fully functioning. Can't recommend this store, and especially Liam, enough! He's knowledgeable and honest and probably deserves a raise!

  We ended our service with Cricket to go to #CoxCommunications #MobilServices. Biggest mistake of my life. We came back and Liam was so great to us. He had us up and running in minutes. I will say this after the #Cox nightmare…..I have never lost service with Cricket…..anywhere in the United States…..unlike our nearly 3 month nightmare with #CoxMobilPhoneServices. Liam is an outstanding manager and person. He explained every and the price to get back with Cricket. He offered us a phone plan and even though we didn’t get new phones…..we will in a few months. We appreciate his kindness. We did not receive the survey but if we did Liam would get our best review.

  Well I went there early this morning arriving at 9 which is advertise that the store opens at 9 , I got there early due to the fact my phone stopped working completely and I need my phone to get back and forth to work so I connect to wifi at my house to book my ride to the store in Edmond got there at 9:10 Am got out the car the driver drives off and I approach the door and it was locked not a worker insight.So here I am a long way away from home no working phone or and Wi-Fi that I can connect to so that I can connect to to call for a ride. So it's myself and Three other people waiting for them to open mine u have I no jacket on and it's cold outside so now I am stuck in Edmond. 10:00 Am comes and still nobody is there to open the store. Now I have to walk in a town that I am not from to try to find open Wi-Fi so I can call for a ride. not only did no one show to open that store but I also was out of Uber money getting to that store and back home just to have to Uber to a different location to get me a new phone. The sign on the front of the store states that the store open at 9/7 Mon - Sat and noon til 5 on Sunday. Now why wasn't no one at that store is beyond me but common courtesy would be to place a sign on the store saying that it will open late or that it wouldn't be open at all
