- BMBrittany McCorkel4 days ago1.0I live in Florida. My disabled mother in Oklahoma took out a loan and used me as a reference. She is in hospital and late on her payment. This company contacted me (since I was a reference) to demand contact with her yet wouldn’t allow me to make a payment on the loan or get it caught up. Mind blowing they’re harassing a disabled elderly woman yet won’t allow the REFERENCE and daughter to make a payment to get caught up. Reporting this to the consumer finance board.
