- NHNick HarveyJul 2, 20241.0Use to think they were pretty good. We've been on a list for 2 months now to have a new line brought to our new house and everytime I talk to them the say another couple weeks. This is absolutely unacceptable. Mean while I've continued to pay my bill the entire time. I'd go with another network that will take you more seriously as a customer. I'm sure if I wasn't on a disability program that made my bill cheaper they would be right out. But instead they just continue to bill me for service they won't deliver. Glad to see how they treat our disabled residence. It would be completely diffrent if they were honest instead of continuing to delay.
