The rep finally came out from back and gave me a dirty look because I was knocking on the door. She finally came to the door and unlocked it. When we went in she told me that she had been robbed at 1:00 and the police didn't show up until 2:15 (I don't believe her at all).I was needing a memory card, we pick one out that she recommended, I paid cash for it and she went to put it in and said oh this phone doesn't have a place for one. I asked for a refund and she said she can't refund accessories.We spent a hour and half there while my mom and I was there she was on her phone and with some girl that came in after me that was putting in a application. She ignored me many many times when I would speak to her. So yes I got mad and told her to help us because we were first, she said I'm waiting for my manager which she had been on the phone off and on the entire time we were there. SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND REALLY DIDN'T CARE IF SHE HELP US OR NOT. Playing on her phone constantly. I WILL NOT WALK BACK IN THAT STORE AGAIN!!! P. S. A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE PUT OUT WITH THIS LOCATION IN CHOCTAW
