  I just found out today that I was over charged last Friday to change esim from iPhone to Samsung. The girl told me it was $30 and now finding out it was supposed to be 10.84. She told me the card machine didn't work and could only take cash. That girl is pocketing money.

  We visited with Rachel and she really helped us out in buying the right phone plan. Super helpful and prices were reasonable. The office was also well kept and managed.

  Worst customer service ever. Wanted to return phone for upgrade. This was the following day when I found out several of my apps would not work. Called and spoke with assistant manager who said he didn't have the authorization code and would have to get ahold of manager/owner. Waited two full days and I called back. Assistant told me he had just stepped out but should be back. Waited 5 hours still no return call so called back and he was going to be gone for the rest of the day. Going on the 5th day, 2 days left to return and still no response. Went up there and was told again he was not going to be there that day. They waited until my 7 days was up and then told me I had to return it to the manufacturer. Which come to find out you get a factory refurbished phone. Not a new one. Stuck with phone. Will never use this company again and recommend my family or friends to stay away. Little P.S. some of the reviews you will see have been written by the owner, his worker, or his wife.
